This paper introduces the principle of using household heat meter and Excel table to analyze the hy‐draulic and thermal conditions of the residential pipe network,and briefly explains the reasons,methods and ex‐amples for sorting out and analyzing these data.Because of the powerful function of Excel,users can flexibly adjust and use these data according to their own actual conditions,help practitioners to mine and extract useful information from the data,more specifically do a good job in pipe network balance adjustment,improve work efficiency and work quality,and better serve users,energy conservation and consumption reduction.
