摘要
目前对纳米电介质性能机理的研究需对微观尺度下纳米粒子及其周围界面电荷分布及运动特性进行表征,为解决在利用电场力显微镜观测聚合物表面时纳米粒子暴露少,表面电荷量过大导致的电荷观测困难的问题。该文改进纳米复合聚乙烯材料的熔融共混工艺方法,尝试使用不同的表面处理方法使表面纳米粒子暴露出来,进而获得稳定适合观测的表征环境,为在一定程度上验证纳米电介质中的界面理论提供理论依据。
The current research on the performance mechanism of nano dielectrics needs to characterize the charge distribution and movement characteristics of nano particles and their surrounding interfaces at the micro scale.In order to solve the problem that the nano particles are less exposed when observing the polymer surface using the electric field force microscope,and the charge observation is difficult due to the excessive amount of surface charges.In this paper,the melt blending process of nanocomposite polyethylene is improved,and different surface treatment methods are used to expose the surface nanoparticles,so as to obtain a stable characterization environment suitable for observation,which provides a theoretical basis for verifying the interface theory in nano dielectrics to a certain extent.
