With the continuous development of China's economy,construction industry is constantly developing as well.In recent years,construction industry as a major basic industry in China,the development trend of the industry has gradually attracted the attention of the municipal government,construction of construction industry and gradu‐ally sped up.In the process of building construction,the safety of construction workers,relevant personnel and nearby residents is the most important point to pay attention to.In daily life,it is easy to hear that safety accidents caused by improper construction treatment occur.Based on this,this paper specifically discusses the application of construction safety management in project management.Starting from the construction characteristics of the con‐struction industry and the specific contents and principles of the construction safety management,this paper briefly describes the main factors influencing the construction safety management,the importance and application signifi‐cance of the construction safety management in the project management,and analyzes the current situation and ex‐isting problems of the construction safety management in the project management,And put forward the relevant application measures of construction safety management in project management for reference.
