建筑安全施工存在的安全风险及评价管理

Safety Risk and Evaluation Management of Building Safety Construction

伴随着经济的发展,建筑行业在我国悄然兴起,随着近几年建设基础设施的需求增加,越来越多的企业想要进军建筑领域,导致施工工地随处可见,由此引发了一系列的社会问题。在城市施工中,工地一般靠近居民居住区域,但施工的噪音影响了居民的正常休息;在一些港口处,施工带来水资源污染问题日益严重;而在一些偏远山区,由于施工管理上的疏忽,造成了森林植被大面积损坏,在暴雨极端天气下,自然灾害频发,严重地影响了当地的生态环境。该文就目前建筑施工存在的安全问题做出研究,深度挖掘影响施工安全的各种因素,希望能对企业带来帮助,促进我国建筑行业高速、稳定地发展。

With the development of economy,the construction industry is quietly rising in China.With the in‐creasing demand for infrastructure construction in recent years,more and more enterprises want to enter the con‐struction industry,cause the construction site everywhere,which has triggered a series of social problems.In urban construction,the construction site is generally close to the residential area,but the construction noise affects the normal rest of residents;In some ports,water pollution caused by construction is becoming more and more serious;In some remote mountainous areas,due to the negligence of construction management,the forest vegetation has been damaged in a large area.In the extreme weather of rainstorm,natural disasters occur frequently,seriously af‐fecting the local ecological environment.This paper makes a research on the safety problems existing in the current construction,deeply excavates various factors affecting construction safety,hoping to help enterprises and promote the rapid and stable development of China's construction industry.
