在当前社会环境中,城镇经济发展水平大幅度提升,城镇经济与城镇土地利用密切相关。在经济新常态下,城镇经济发展要求不断提高,要求城镇建设既要贯彻落实人本理念,又要强调生态环境与社会经济的协调、可持续发展。因此,该文以优化城镇土地利用规划的现实意义为研究切入点,深入研究城镇经济发展中城镇土地利用规划问题,并提出城镇土地利用规划策略,期望给规划人员合理规划城镇土地利用提供一些有价值的创新建议,旨在推动城镇经济和土地协调、可持续发展。

In the current social environment,the level of urban economic development has been greatly improved,and urban economy is closely related to urban land use.Under the new normal of economy,the requirement of ur‐ban economic development is constantly increasing,which requires carrying out the people-oriented idea and pay‐ing attention to the friendly development of economy and ecological environment.Therefore,this paper takes the practical significance of optimizing urban land use planning as the research entry point,deeply studies the urban land use planning problems in urban economic development,and puts forward urban land use planning strategies,hoping to provide some valuable innovative suggestions for planners to reasonably plan urban land use,aiming to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of urban economy and land.
