公共图书馆数字资源建设和云端线上服务创新模式构建探析

Analysis on the Construction of Digital Resources in Public Libraries and the Innovation Mode of Cloud Based Online Services

新冠疫情的突发给我国各行各业的发展都带来了相应的影响,其中就包括图书馆事业。各行业机构应该具有远见和战略思维,积极探究“后疫情时代”发展策略。针对公共图书馆人来说,其应该持续扩大目光,围绕后疫情时代公共图书馆资源建设以及服务模式展开具有前瞻性的思考。为了最大程度降低疫情对图书馆发展产生的不利影响,各大公共图书馆便针对疫情积极落实相关措施。该文主要对“后疫情时代”公共图书馆数字资源建设和线上服务创新模式构建进行分析和探讨,并以公共图书馆为例,探索云端线上服务升级和模式创新,以期为图书馆后续的建设与发展提供相应帮助。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought corresponding impacts to the development of all walks of life in China,including the library industry.Institutions in all industries should have foresight and strategic thinking and actively explore development strategies in the"post epidemic era".For public librarians,they should continue to expand their vision,and launch forward-looking thinking around the resource construction and service mode of public libraries in the post epidemic era.In order to minimize the adverse impact of the epidemic on the development of libraries,major public libraries actively implemented relevant measures against the epidemic.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the construction of digital resources and online service innovation model of public libraries in the"post epidemic era",and takes public libraries as examples to explore the upgrading of cloud online services and model innovation,with a view to providing corresponding help for the subsequent construction and development of libraries.
