该文主要从研究科学技术数据的理论内涵和应用科学数据的出发点,系统分析了科学数据理论研究成果的发展历史,并剖析了目前国内外科学数据共享平台建立的基本状况,总结了其优点与缺陷,指出,以更开放的态度开展学科科技资料信息公共平台的设计,通过丰富科学研究资料信息公共服务模式,增加科学研究资料信息公共服务内涵,注重对科学数据共享平台的风险管理等服务策略,以提升国内外科学数据共享平台的建设水平与服务绩效。

Mainly from the theoretical connotation of scientific and technical data and the application of scientific data,this paper systematically analyzes the development history of scientific data theoretical research results,and analyzes the current basic situation of the establishment of scientific data sharing platforms at home and abroad,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.It points out:Carry out the design of the public platform of scientific and technological information in a more open manner,increase the connotation of public service of scientific re‐search information by enriching the public service mode of scientific research information,and focus on the risk management of scientific data sharing platform and other service strategies,so as to improve the construction level and service performance of domestic and foreign scientific data sharing platforms.
