冬凌草重金属·冬凌草甲素及浸出物的时空动态分布研究

摘要 [目的]通过研究重金属铅与镉、冬凌草甲素及浸出物在冬凌草不同生长期及不同部位的动态分布规律,以期指导科学采收冬凌草,保证其安全性和有效性。[方法]采用ICAP-MS、 HPLC分别测定冬凌草不同生长期、不同部位铅、镉、冬凌草甲素及浸出物含量。[结果]Pb和Cd在8月份富集量最低;冬凌草甲素在9月的含量最高,其次是8月份;浸出物含量最高为7月份,其次为9月份,但两者差异不显著;叶中冬凌草甲素与浸出物的含量均显著高于茎。[结论]冬凌草的最佳采收期为8—9月,在8月份采收可以最大程度降低重金属污染对冬凌草造成的安全性问题,而9月份采收可以最大程度提高冬凌草甲素含量,提升质量。 [Objective] In order to guide the scientific harvest of R. rubescens and ensure its safety and quality by studying the dynamic distribution of Pb, Cd, oridonin and extracts in different parts of R. rubescens at different growth stages and different parts. [Method] ICAP-MS and HPLC were used to determine the contents of Pb, Cd, oridonin and extracts in different growth stages and different parts of R. rubescens, respectively.[Result]The lowest contents of Pb and Cd appeared in August;the highest content of oridonin was in September, and followed by August;the highest content of extracts was in July, followed by September, but there was no significant difference between them. The contents of oridonin and extract in leaves were all significantly higher than those in stems. [Conclusion]The best harvest time of R. rubescens is from August to September, and the safety of the samples harvesting in August can be ensured by reducing heavy metals pollution, while harvesting in September can improve the content of oridonin and ensure the quality of R. rubescens.
