摘要
为探明黑膜移栽当归生产力增长特征,以岷归1号为供试品种,设置黑膜移栽和露地移栽2种栽培模式,比较研究当归生产力增长特征。结果表明,2019和2020年黑膜移栽产量较露地移栽分别提高24.72%、27.11%,差异达到显著水平。从干物质积累来看,成药期、移栽返青期至成药期,黑膜干物质积累量较露地移栽分别提高39.67%和47.37%,差异达到显著水平。成药期、移栽返青期至成药期干物质积累是当归生产力增长的关键因素。黑膜移栽可以显著提高当归的株高、单株叶片数、叶片直径、叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量、特级和一级归产出率,麻口病发病普遍率和病情指数处理间差异不显著。
In order to find out the productivity growth characteristics of Angelica sinensis transplanted with black film, with Mingui No. 1 as the test variety, two cultivation modes(black film transplanting and open field transplanting) were set up to compare and study the productivity growth characteristics of Angelica sinensis.The results showed that the yield of black film transplanting in 2019 and 2020 increased by 24.72% and 27.11% respectively compared with that of open field transplanting, and the difference reached a significant level.From the perspective of dry matter accumulation, the dry matter accumulation of black film in the medicine preparation period, the transplanting anti-green period to the medicine preparation period increased by 39.67% and 47.37% respectively compared with the open field transplanting, and the difference reached a significant level.The dry matter accumulation during the medicine preparation period, the transplanting anti-green period to the medicine preparation period were the key factor for the productivity growth of Angelica sinensis. Black film transplantation could significantly improve the plant height, leaf number per plant, leaf diameter, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content, yield rate of special and first-grade of Angelica sinensis,and there was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of disease and disease index of ditylenchus destructor.
