现代农业发展强调农业生产的规模化,在现有国情和农情下土地流转和标准化是实现农业生产规模化的两种方式。两种方式既有共性,也有区别,共性体现在其实施前提、农地性质等方面,差异则体现在推动方式、适用条件、主体动机和基本功能等方面,两种方式没有优劣之分,不同地区应结合当地资源禀赋等实际情况进行合理选择。
