米诺环素联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of minocycline combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of patients with rose acne

目的探讨米诺环素联合强脉冲光(IPL)治疗玫瑰痤疮患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的150例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组接受米诺环素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合IPL治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.33%,显著高于对照组的82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、瘙痒评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的经皮水分流失(TEWL)、红斑数量及油脂含量低于对照组,表皮含水量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-37(IL-37)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)各维度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素联合IPL治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及皮肤屏障功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of patients with rose acne.Methods A total of 150 patients with rose acne admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline,and the observation group was treated with IPL on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than 82.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pruritus in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the transepidermal water loss(TEWL),the number of erythema and oil comtent in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,epidermal water content was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-37(IL-37),interleukin-1(IL-1),myeloperoxidase(MPO)and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline combined with IPL in the treatment of rose acne has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms and skin barrier function of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
