WBC、CRP联合检测对老年细菌感染性疾病的诊断价值

Value of combined detection of WBC and CRP in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious disease in the elderly

目的分析白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测对老年细菌感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法选取我院2019年1月至12月收治的40例疑似老年细菌感染性疾病患者为本次研究对象,检测其WBC、CRP水平,并比较WBC、CRP单独与联合检测对老年细菌感染性疾病的检出情况。结果WBC、CRP联合检测对细菌感染性疾病的诊断灵敏度、特异度高于单独检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WBC、CRP联合检测在老年细菌感染性疾病中具有较高应用价值,可为患者的临床诊治提供有效指导,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious disease in the elderly.Methods Forty elderly patients with suspected bacterial infectious disease admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The WBC and CRP levels were detected,and the detection of bacterial infectious disease in the elderly by WBC and CRP alone and in combination were compared.Results The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of WBC and CRP in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious disease were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of WBC and CRP has high application value in bacterial infectious disease of the elderly,it can provide effective guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
