目标式网络跟踪护理在胸腰椎骨折内固定术后居家休养患者中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted network tracking nursing on patients at home after thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation

目的分析目标式网络跟踪护理在胸腰椎骨折内固定术后居家休养患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年10月至2020年12月收治的94例胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各47例(对照组2例失访,最终纳入45例)。对照组出院后仅定期提醒患者随诊、复查,研究组出院后实施目标式网络跟踪护理。比较两组患者的骨折愈合时间、肌力恢复时间、腰椎活动度、Cobb角、腰椎功能及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的骨折愈合时间、肌力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的腰椎活动度均增大,Cobb角均减小,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎功能各维度评分和总分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论目标式网络跟踪护理在胸腰椎骨折内固定术后居家休养患者中的应用效果显著,可促进胸腰椎解剖结构和功能的恢复,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted network tracking nursing on patients at home after thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation.Methods A total of 94 patients with thoracolumbar fracture after internal fixation admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group(2 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up,and 45 cases were finally included).The control group only regularly reminded patients to follow up and review after discharge,and the research group group implemented targeted network tracking nursing after discharge.The fracture healing time,muscle strength recovery time,lumbar mobility,Cobb angle,lumbar function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of fracture healing and muscle strength recovery in the research group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the lumbar mobility in the two groups increased,and the Cobb angle decreased,and those in the research group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions and total score of the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)lumbar function in the two groups increased,and those in the research group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted network tracking nursing on patients at home after thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation has a significant application effect,it can promote the recovery of thoracolumbar anatomical structure and function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
