护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果及对检查成功率的影响

Application effect of nursing process management in fiberoptic bronchoscopy and its influence on the success rate of examination

目的探讨护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果及对检查成功率的影响。方法将2020年2月至2021年2月于本院接受纤维支气管镜检查的88例患者以随机数字法分为对照组(44例,常规护理)和观察组(44例,常规护理+护理流程管理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理状态评分均低于对照组,检查成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理流程管理应用于纤维支气管镜检查中的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing process management in fiberoptic bronchoscopy and its influence on the success rate of examination.Methods A total of 88 patients who received fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into control group(44 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(44 cases,routine nursing+nursing process management)by random number method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of mental state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the success rate of examination was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing process management applied in fiberoptic bronchoscopy has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
