摘要
目的 探讨任务驱动教学法(DOL)对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科鼻科学组见习医学生临床思维能力的影响。方法 将2019年9月至2021年10月在本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习并进入鼻科学组的126名五年制本科生分为试验组(n=63,DOL)和对照组(n=63,传统教学法),出科前进行理论考核及操作技能考核。比较两组的教学成果。结果 试验组的理论考核、操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的学习兴趣、能力提升评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的见习教学评价与见习体验情况总体优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的本科室的带教方法能增加对理论知识的理解、在本科室见习期间得到专业的指导、在本科室见习期间得到了尊重和认可的差异更为显著(P<0.01)。84.13%(53/63)医学生认为见习期间病例选择质量的“病例难度适中,有可操作性”;85.71%(54/63)医学生认为定期布置任务“完成任务有挑战,但能完成”;30.16%(19/63)医学生认为DOL见习带教的“病例(数量)种类少”;79.37%(50/63)医学生表示希望教师采用DOL开展见习带教。结论 DOL提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科鼻科学组见习医学生临床思维能力及实践操作能力的效果优于传统教学法,有助于提高医学生的专科学习兴趣,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the influence of drive-oriented learning(DOL)on the clinical thinking ability of probation medical students in otolaryngology head and neck surgery department nasology group.Methods From September 2019 to October 2021,126 five-year undergraduate students who were probation in the otolaryngology head and neck surgery department of our hospital and entered the nasology group were divided into experimental group(n=63,DOL)and control group(n=63,traditional teaching method),before leaving the department,theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment were conducted.The teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation skill examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest and ability improvement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The probation teaching evaluation and probation experience of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);two groups of our department teaching methods can increase the understanding of theoretical knowledge,get professional guidance during the our department probation,respected and recognized during the our department probation more significant difference(P<0.01).84.13%(53/63)medical students believed that the quality of case selection during the probation was"moderate difficulty and operability";85.71%(54/63)medical students considered that regular tasking was"Completion is challenging,but it can be done";30.16%(19/63)medical students believed that DOL probation teaching had"few cases(quantity)";79.37%(50/63)medical students expressed the hope that teachers would use DOL to carry out probation teaching.Conclusions DOL has better effect than traditional teaching method in improving the clinical thinking ability and practical operating ability of probation medical students in otolaryngology head and neck surgery department nasology group,it is helpful to improve the interest of medical student in specialist learning,which is worthy of promotion and application.
