瑞马唑仑是一种新型的苯二氮卓类镇静药物,其具有起效迅速、作用时间短暂、可控性强、苏醒迅速等优点,可用于全身麻醉的诱导及维持,也可用于程序性镇静以及联合硬膜外麻醉中的镇静。本研究就瑞马唑仑的作用机制、药理学特性、生理学特性及在老年患者的临床应用最新进展进行综述,旨在为临床应用提供参考。

Remazolam is a new type of benzodiazepine sedative drug,which has the advantages of rapid action,short action time,strong controllability and rapid recovery.It can be used in the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia,procedural sedation and combined epidural anesthesia sedation.In this study,the mechanism of action,pharmacological properties,physiological properties and the latest progress of clinical application of remazolam in elderly patients are reviewed to provide reference for clinical application.
