乳腺癌放射治疗不同固定方式摆位误差分析及皮肤反应应对策略

Analysis of pendulum error analysis and skin response strategies in different fixed methods of breast cancer radiotherapy

目的研究乳腺癌放射治疗使用真空垫与乳腺托架固定法的摆位误差情况,同时总结皮肤反应的护理措施。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月在我院治疗乳腺的50例患者进行研究,将其以不同的固定方式分为真空垫组与托架组,通过锥形束CT来测量两组患者的摆位误差问题,并总结治疗期间出现的皮肤反应,再对其实施针对性的护理干预措施。结果就患者的皮肤反应情况来看,其中,0级皮肤反应共有11例,1级有18例、2级有13例、3级有6例、5级有2例,患者在给予规范化治疗与护理后,皮肤反应均有明显好转,且顺利完成治疗剂量。结论乳腺癌放射治疗过程中使用真空垫固定法可以减少摆位误差,同时通过针对性的护理措施能有效避免皮肤反应。

Objective To study the pendulum error of vacuum cushion and breast bracket fixation method,and to summarize the nursing measures of skin reaction.Methods Select 50 patients treated with breast in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,divide them into vacuum cushion and bracket groups in different fixed ways,measure the pendulum error of the two groups by conical beam CT,and summarize the skin response during treatment,and then implement targeted nursing interventions.Results In terms of skin reaction,there were 11 skin reaction,18,11,132,3,and 25.After standardized treatment and care,the skin reaction was significantly improved and the treatment dose was successfully completed.Conclusion Using vacuum cushion fixation method for breast cancer radiotherapy can reduce pendulum error and effectively avoid skin reaction through targeted nursing measures.
