烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of allylestriol combined with Ritodrine in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage

目的讨论烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法现随机选取我院2021年1月到2022年1月期间收治的习惯性流产患者共80例作为本次研究的样本,按照住院先后顺序分为对照组、实验组。其中对照组为40例、实验组为40例。对照组给予烯丙雌醇治疗。实验组采用烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组不良反应发生率较低,对照组相比较高(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组雌二醇、黄体酮及HCG水平均高于对照组,且两组组内治疗后各项水平均高于治疗前,组间、组内数据对比均具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论烯丙雌醇联合利托君在习惯性流产治疗中发挥了较好的作用,可明显改善患者的激素水平,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。

objective to discuss the clinical efficacy of allyl estradiol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage.Methods A total of 80 patients from January to January 2022 in our hospital were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission to the 2021.There were 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with Allyl Estradiol.The experimental group was treated with allylestradiol combined with Ritodrine,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of Estradiol,progesterone and HCG in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of each item in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,there were statistical differences in the data between and within groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Allyl estradiol combined with ritodrine played a good role in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage,can significantly improve patients’hormone levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
