激素联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床研究

Clinical study of hormone combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者联合应用醋酸甲羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2019年4月至2021年4月收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者78例为研究对象,39例行醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗者作为对照组,39例行醋酸甲羟孕酮+戊酸雌二醇治疗者作为实验组,对比两组治疗效果及用药安全性,并观察性激素及子宫内膜厚度变化。结果①关于治疗后性激素(P、E_(2)、LH、FSH)水平,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②关于治疗后子宫内膜厚度,实验组显著小于对照组(P<0.05);③关于治疗总有效率,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④关于不良反应发生率,实验组与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论针对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,予以醋酸甲羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇联合治疗,可调节性激素水平,修复子宫内膜,快速缓解病情,且联合用药毒副反应轻微,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate and estradiol valerate in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods 78 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research object,39 patients treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate as the control group and 39 patients treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate+estradiol valerate as the experimental group.The therapeutic effects and drug safety of the two groups were compared,and the changes of sex hormones and endometrial thickness were observed.Results①the levels of sex hormones(P,E_(2),LH,FSH)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);②The thickness of endometrium in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);③The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);④There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion for patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopause,the combined treatment of medroxyprogesterone acetate and estradiol valerate can adjust the level of sex hormone,repair endometrium and quickly alleviate the disease.The combined drug has mild toxic and side effects,which is worthy of popularization.
