断指再植术后患者实施延续性康复的临床效果及对Barthel指数的改善

Clinical effect of continuous rehabilitation of patients after replantation of severed finger and improvement of Barthel index

目的:分析断指再植术后患者实施延续性康复的临床效果及对Barthel指数的改善作用。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年10月无锡市第九人民医院手外科收治的80例断指再植术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组(n=40)和延续性康复护理组(n=40),常规护理组予以常规护理,延续性康复护理组予以延续性康复护理,对比两组患者的伤指功能恢复情况、手部感觉功能及生活能力。结果:患者于出院后1个月、3个月及6个月时复诊,延续性康复护理组患者的伤指功能恢复优良率均高于常规护理组(均P<0.05);延续性康复护理组患者的手部感觉功能评级均优于常规护理组(均P<0.05);延续性康复护理组患者的Barthel指数均高于常规护理组(均P<0.05)。结论:断指再植术后患者实施延续性康复的临床效果显著,有助于改善其伤指功能恢复情况及手部感觉功能,并且能促进患者生活能力和生活质量进一步提高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of continuous rehabilitation of patients after replantation of severed fingers and the improvement effect on Barthel index.Method:The 80 cases of severed fingers patients who were admitted to Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 cases in the regular nursing group were given regular nursing care,40 cases in the continuous rehabilitation nursing group were given continuous rehabilitation nursing,the recovery of injured finger function,the sensory function of the hand and the living ability were compared between the two groups.Result:Re-examination at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge,the recovery rate of injured finger function of the continuous rehabilitation nursing group was higher than the regular nursing group(P<0.05),and the hand sensory function ratings of the continuous rehabilitation nursing group were better than the regular nursing group(P<0.05).Moreover,the Barthel index of the continuous rehabilitation nursing group were higher than the regular nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of continuous rehabilitation after replantation of amputated fingers is significant,which is conducive to improve the recovery of injured finger function and the sensory function of the hand,as well as promoting the further improvement of living ability.
