2001年至2021年中医药防治鼻咽癌的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of preventing and treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma with TCM from 2001 to 2021

目的研究2001年至2021年中医药防治鼻咽癌的研究热点及趋势。方法检索中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台三大数据库,时间限定为2001年1月1日至2021年12月31日,期刊来源限定为CSSCI或CSCD或北大核心期刊,利用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等软件进行文献计量学的数据分析及结果可视化。结果共获取235篇相关文献,出版物数量年度趋势呈波动态势,2002年最多,2017年最少,近3年出版物数量呈上升趋势。高产机构及作者主要集中在广东省及湖南省,且机构及作者均缺乏跨省市合作。《新中医》为发表相关文献最多的杂志。高频关键词有“鼻咽癌”“放射治疗”“中西医结合疗法”“益气解毒方”“EB病毒”等。结论本领域的研究主要集中在中医药治疗EB病毒作用机制,防治鼻咽癌放射治疗(简称“放疗”)、化学药物治疗(简称“化疗”)后不良反应以及对鼻咽癌细胞的干预作用。中医药防治放疗、化疗后口、咽部症状以及防治鼻咽癌的细胞、分子机制是近年来的研究热点。

Objective To study the research hotspots and trends of TCM in the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)from 2001 to 2021.Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform and Wanfang Data were searched.The time was limited from January 1,2001 to December 31,2021,and the journal sources were limited to CSSCI or CSCD or Chinese Core Journal Criterion of PKU.CiteSpace,VOSviewer and other softwares were used for data analysis and results visualization of bibliometrics.Results A total of 235 relevant papers were obtained.The annual number of publications had shown a fluctuating trend,with the highest in 2002 and the lowest in 2017,and the number of publications had continued to increase in the past three years.Productive institutions and authors were mainly from Guangdong Province and Hunan Province,and there was a lack of cross-provincial cooperation between institutions and authors.Journal of New Chinese Medicine had published the most related papers.High-frequency keywords included"nasopharyngeal carcinoma","radiotherapy","integrated TCM and western medicine therapy","Yiqi Jiedu Formula","EB virus"and so on.Conclusion Researches in this field mainly focuses on the mechanism of TCM in treating EB virus,the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of NPC,and the intervention effect on NPC cells.The prevention and treatment of oral and pharyngeal symptoms after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in TCM and the cellular and molecular mechanisms of preventing and treating NPC have been research hotspots in recent years.
