桨叶底部喷吹脱硫剂KR过程的模型研究

摘要 KR(Kambara Reactor)法脱硫过程中脱硫剂的凝并会使比表面积减小,从而影响脱硫效率。利用三维非稳态数学模型对桨叶底部喷吹脱硫剂的KR过程进行研究,对比喷嘴个数与喷嘴位置对流场及脱硫剂运动的影响,结果表明,与单喷嘴相比,双喷嘴能使铁水流场更加均匀,铁水混匀所需时间减少18%,使脱硫剂分布范围更广,从而降低脱硫剂的凝并程度;喷嘴靠近桨叶中心有利于增大自由涡流区的强度,使包内铁水更快混匀,更多脱硫剂进入底部弱流区,有利于提高脱硫效率。 In the process of Kambara Reactor(KR) desulfurization,the coagulation of desulfurizer will reduce the specific surface area,thus affecting the desulfurization efficiency.This paper,by using the three dimensional unsteady mathematical model of blade blowing at the bottom of the desulfurizer KR process research,compared the number of nozzle and the nozzle location and their influence on the flow field and the movements of desulfurizer.The model results show that the double nozzles compared with single nozzle can help the molten iron flow in the field of more evenly,and its time duration required for molten iron blending is decreased by 18%,making the desulfurizer distribution wider and the degree of desulfurizer coagulation lower.The proximity of the nozzle to the center of the blade is beneficial to increase the strength of the free eddy zone,making the molten iron in the package mixed faster,so that more desulfurizer enters the weak flow zone at the bottom,which is beneficial to improve the desulfurization efficiency.
