摘要 针对转炉冶炼过程石灰消耗量大,终点脱磷率不稳定的问题,马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司(简称马钢,下同)对300 t转炉的操作工艺进行优化与改进,通过转炉留渣操作,提高炉渣前期的碱度和氧化亚铁含量,促进前期化渣和脱磷,减轻终点脱磷压力。当终点温度低于1 680℃时,钢液终点磷含量低于0.020%,吨钢石灰消耗量为33.5 kg,白云石消耗量为5.34 kg,终渣TFe含量为15.2%,钢铁料消耗降低。通过对转炉顶底复吹参数进行优化,终点碳氧积降低至0.001 5以内。在终点成分稳定控制的基础上,最终实现了低成本转炉冶炼。 Aiming at the problems of large lime consumption and unstable dephosphorization rate at the end of converter smelting process,Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.continuously optimizes and improves the operation process of 300 t converter,improves the alkalinity and ferrous oxide content of slag at the early stage throu gh converter slag retention operation,promotes slag melting and dephosphorization at the early stage,and reduces the dephosphorization pressure at the end.When the temperature is below 1 680 ℃,the phosphorus content in liquid steel is lower than 0.020%;the lime consumption is 33.5 kg/t;dolomite consumption is 5.34 kg/t,which significantly reduce the iron consumption in the slag.The TFe content of the final slag is 15.2%.Through the optimization of the top and bottom blowing parameters of the converter,the accumulation of carbon and oxygen at end-point is reduced to 0.001 5.Eventually the low-cost converter smelting is realized on the basis of the stable control of content.
