摘要 江西新旭特殊材料有限公司50 t电弧炉入炉钢铁料结构为“废钢+渣钢+铁水”,铁水比例超过80%,已实现电炉转炉化冶炼生产。但是,采用高铁水比的冶炼工艺存在炉渣易“返干”、钢水喷溅严重及脱碳任务重等问题,造成冶炼周期延长。为有效缩短冶炼周期,对影响冶炼效率的因素进行了分析,并通过改造水冷炉盖及炉壁、优化氧枪布置、优化供氧及造渣等措施,有效解决了炉体设备粘连、冷钢严重、造渣困难及供氧时间长等问题,成功缩短冶炼周期5.5 min。 The steel material structure of 50 t EAF in Jiangxi Xinxu Special Materials Co.,Ltd.is “scrap+slag+hot metal”,at present,the proportion of molten metal is more than 80%.The converter smelting production of EAF has been realized.In the actual production,the smelting method of high-speed rail water ratio is with problems such as “slag dry”,serious steel water splash and heavy decarbonization task,resulting in prolonged smelting cycle.In order to effectively shorten the smelting cycle,the factors affecting the smelting rhythm were analyzed,and by transforming the water-cooled furnace cover and furnace wall,optimizing the layout of oxygen gun,optimizing the oxygen supply and slag production,the problems of serious adhesion to cold steel,slag production difficulty and long oxygen supply time were effectively solved,and the smelting cycle was successfully shortened by 5.5 min.
