新钢烧结单配技术开发及应用

摘要 新余钢铁股份有限公司(简称新钢,下同)新建1个综合料场,该料场按新钢二级铁水标准进行设计,投入使用后,高炉铁水从三级调整为二级,导致大量性价比高但有害元素多的国内矿料入厂与消耗无法达到平衡。为确保国内矿料入厂与消耗的平衡,新钢将高炉铁水恢复到三级,同时,开发了烧结单配技术。单配技术实施后,烧结指标未下降,且每月铁坑褐铁粉、锦祥精粉、粗精粉和仙塘精粉分别多消耗2.06、1.52、0.72、1.53万吨,解决了上述4种国内矿料在综合料场涨库的难题,有效降低了生产成本。 Xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.(Xinsteel) built a new comprehensive stockyard,which was designed according to the standard of Grade 2 molten iron of Xinsteel.After the comprehensive stockyard was put into operation,the molten iron of blast furnace was adjusted from Grade 3 to Grade 2,resulting in the imbalance between the incoming and consumption of a large number of domestic mines with good cost performance.In order to ensure the balance between domestic ore entering the plant and consumption,on the one hand,Xinsteel restored the molten iron of blast furnace to Grade 3.On the other hand,Xinsteel developed the sintering single blending technology based on the evaluation of basic sintering characteristics and single sintering test of domestic ore.After the implementation of single blending technology,the sintering indexes were not decreased,and the monthly consumptions of Tiekeng brown iron powder,Jinxiang refined powder,Coarse refined powder and Xiantang refined powder with good cost performance and high harmful elements were up to 20 600 tons,15 200 tons,7 200 tons and 15 300 tons respectively,which solves the problem of increasing the stock of these four domestic mines in the comprehensive stockyard and reduces the cost of hot metal process.
