摘要 鱼类产品在生产、储藏及销售过程中,会分解产生各种降解物质如氨类化合物,导致鱼肉品质下降。因此,开发一种能够快速检测鱼类新鲜度的氨敏型智能包装显得尤为重要。本研究通过丝网印刷的方式将导电银浆印制在PET薄膜上,然后将PEDOT/PSS和WS为氨敏材料涂覆在银电极表面,烘干后制得能够应用于鱼类智能包装的氨敏型传感器。通过气体响应测试发现,PEDOT-4WS传感器对NH有着优良的气体传感性能,NH浓度与响应值之间有着良好的线性关系。并且该传感器有着良好的响应恢复性能,当NH浓度达到250mL/m^(3),响应时间为21s,恢复时间为12s。同时,该传感器对湿度有着较好的抗干扰能力。因此,该氨敏型传感器在鱼类产品的智能包装上有着广阔的应用前景。 Fish products decompose into various degradation substances such as ammonia compounds during production,storage and distribution,leading to a deterioration in the quality of fish.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop an ammonia-sensitive smart packaging that can quickly evaluate the freshness of fish.In this study,conductive silver paste was printed on PET film by screen printing,and then PEDOT/PSS and WSas ammonia-sensitive materials were drop-coated onto the silver electrode surface,and then dried to produce an ammonia-sensitive sensor that can be applied to the smart packaging of fish.The gas response test revealed that the PEDOT-4WSsensor has excellent gas sensing performance for ammonia gas.There is a good linear relationship between the ammonia concentration and the response value,and the sensor has a good response performance,when the ammonia concentration reaches 250mL/m^(3),the response time is 21s,and the recovery time reaches 12s.At the same time,the sensor has a certain anti-interference ability to humidity.Therefore,the sensor has a wide application prospect in the intelligent packaging of fish products.
