姿控发动机试验环境温度精确控制

摘要 单组元姿控发动机低温工作爆式分解可能导致发动机失效,有必要在低温热沉中进行性能验证试验.由于滞后、模型不确定和模型时变等因素,热沉温度的精确控制相当困难.通过对动态矩阵控制(dynamic matrix control,DMC)算法进行改进,提出结合最小开度和辅助PID加热补偿控制的改进DMC控制算法.仿真结果表明,该方法能较好地解决大滞后、时变系统的温度控制,并且具有响应快,基本无过冲,控制精度高等特点.该算法在某型号发动机低温性能验收试验中得到了验证.改进的组合控制算法有效地加快了系统的动态响应并极大地改善了系统的控制性能,解决了滞后和过冲的问题,从而满足姿控发动机试验高精度环境温度控制的需求. The explosive decomposition at low temperature may lead to failure of attitude control thruster of monopropellant,so it is necessary to carry out performance verification test in low temperature heat sink.It is very difficult to accurately control the temperature of heat sink due to the factors of time delay,model uncertainty and model time-varying.By improving the dynamic matrix control(DMC)algorithm,an improved DMC control algorithm combining the minimum opening and auxiliary PID heating compensation control method is proposed.The simulation results show that this method can solve the problem of accurate temperature control of large time-delay and time-varying system,and has the characteristics of fast response,no overshoot and high control precision.The algorithm has been verified in the low temperature performance acceptance test of a certain type of thruster.The improved combined control algorithm can effectively accelerate the dynamic response of the system,greatly improve the control performance of the system,and effectively solve the problems of delay and overshoot,so as to meet the requirements of high-precision environmental temperature control for attitude control engine test.
