摘要
当前,坚持农业农村优先发展,全面实施乡村振兴已经成为国家战略,这给高校信息技术新工科人才培养提出了新的要求。将新一代信息技术与农业生产经营深度融合,是全面推进乡村产业振兴的重要举措。文章提出“一体两翼三依托”的新工科人才培养体系,明确以乡村产业振兴为目标;构建新工科人才素质教育模式、乡村特色产业相结合的项目实训模式和校内校外相结合的实践平台,解决人才培养过程中的“种子、土壤和产出”问题。通过赣南地方高校服务乡村振兴实例,验证了信息技术新工科人才培养模式具有实效性,可为地方本科院校服务地方经济和乡村振兴提供借鉴作用。
At present,it has become a national strategy to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively implement rural revitalization,which puts forward new requirements for the talents training of emerging engineering education of information technology in colleges and universities.The deep integration of new generation information technology and agricultural production and management is an important measure to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural industries.This paper puts forward the new engineering talent training system of"one body,two wings and three supports",and clearly takes the revitalization of rural industries as the goal.In addition,we build a quality education mode for emerging engineering education talents,a project training mode combining rural characteristic industries and a practice platform combining inside and outside schools to solve the problems of"seed,soil and output"in the process of talent training.Through the example of Gannan local colleges and universities serving the rural revitalization,the effectiveness of the talent training model is verified,which can play a reference role for local undergraduate colleges and universities serving the local economy and rural revitalization.
