复合组织瓣法修复不良重睑的临床分析

Clinical application of Compound tissue flap method for repairing bad upper eyelid blepharoplasty

目的探讨复合组织瓣法修复不良重睑的临床效果和应用。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2021年5月期间,丰联丽格医疗美容门诊部收治的162例采取复合组织瓣法治疗的不良重睑的患者资料,并对术后修复效果及满意度进行评价。结果本组共162例患者,术前主要存在重睑形态不良、上睑凹陷,术后随访5~8个月,改善效果较好。结论采用复合组织瓣法行二次重睑修复,其术后满意度高,能获得较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of upper eyelid compound tissue flap method for repairing bad upper eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods We collected information from 162 patients with bad upper eyelid blepharoplasty who were admitted to the cosmetic outpatient department of Fenglian Liga Medical from June 2019 to May 2021.These patients were treated with compound tissue flap method,and we evaluated the outcome and satisfaction after treatment.Results There were a total of 162 patients in this group,there were mainly bad shape of double eyelid and upper eyelid sag before operation,and the improvement effect was good after 5-8 months follow-up.Conclusion The Compound tissue flap method for secondary double eyelid repair has high postoperative satisfaction and can achieve good results.
