面部生长因子注射后局部组织过度增长的治疗

Treatment of local tissue hypergrowth after facial growth factor injection

目的探索对面部生长因子注射后局部组织过度增长的患者采用小切口皮下增生组织抽吸术、1470nm激光消融术,同时行曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液封闭注射治疗(联合治疗)的临床疗效。方法应用北京禾美嘉医疗机构病历系统筛选符合要求的患者,观察并记录接受联合治疗后患者皮肤颜色、组织突出程度以及组织持续生长状态的变化,并通过满意度评分表评价患者对治疗是否满意。术后1月、3月和6月进行随访。结果共收集60例面部生长因子注射后局部组织过度增长且采用联合治疗的患者资料,术后随访6个月,所有患者均对治疗效果满意。6例患者复发,增生情况较之前相比均明显缓解,其中4例患者同意进行同法二次治疗,治疗结果均满意且无再次复发情况。无其他不良反应,患者与第三方评价机构对术后效果均满意且满意度一致。结论对60例面部生长因子注射后局部组织过度增长的患者采用小切口皮下增生组织抽吸术、联合1470nm激光消融术,同时进行曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液封闭注射的联合治疗疗效良好,是一种易行、创伤小的手术方式,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of small incision subcutaneous hyperplastic tissue aspiration combined with 1470 nm laser lipolysis,and block injection of triamcinolone acetonide and 5-fluorouracil mixture in the treatment of patients with excessive local tissue growth after facial growth factor injection.Methods The patients who met the requirements were screened,the objective indexes were observed and recorded,and the patients'satisfaction with the treatment was evaluated by the satisfaction scale.Results Sixty patients were followed up for 6 months.All patients were satisfied with the treatment results after operation,and 6 patients relapsed,but the hyperplasia was significantly relieved.There were no other adverse reactions.Both patients and the third-party evaluation institution were satisfied with the postoperative effect and the satisfaction was consistent.Conclusion This method is an easy and less invasive surgical method,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
