多功能光电平台联合蓝极光治疗痤疮炎症及炎症后红斑的临床效果观察

摘要 目的观察研究多功能光电平台联合蓝极光在痤疮炎症及炎症后红斑中的临床应用效果。方法将2020年3月-2021年5月本院收治的62例面部痤疮后红斑患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各31例,对照组使用多功能光电平台中的黄金点阵模块进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上结合蓝极光进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者的痤疮后红斑严重程度评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)且治疗后3个月两组患者的痤疮后红斑严重程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的褪红、疼痛、创面修复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多功能光电平台联合蓝极光在痤疮后红斑治疗中效果明显,能够改善患者的痤疮后红斑严重程度,缩短患者的术后疼痛及创面修复时间。 Objective To observe and study the clinical application effect of unicorn acne treatment instrument combined with blue aurora in acne inflammation and post-inflammatory erythema.Methods From March 2020 to May 2021,62 patients with post-facial acne erythema admitted to the hospital were divided into control group and 31 cases each in the research group according to the random number table method,and the control group was treated using the golden lattice module in the unicorn acne treatment instrument,and the research group was treated on the basis of the control group in combination with blue aurora to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The post-acne erythema severity scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the post-acne erythema severity scores of the two groups 3 months after treatment(P>0.05);The redness,pain,and wound repair time in the study group after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Unicorn acne treatment instrument combined with blue aurora has obvious effect in the treatment of post-acne erythema,which can improve the severity of post-acne erythema in patients and shorten the postoperative pain and wound repair time of patients.
