黄极光联合短波理疗仪治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察

The observation of the clinical efficacy of aurora yellow combined with short-wave physiotherapy device in the treatment of rosacea

目的观察黄极光联合短波理疗仪治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取104例玫瑰痤疮患者随机分成试验组和对照组,剔除2例无法按时就诊者,最终试验组及对照组各51例,试验组采用黄极光联合短波理疗仪,对照组仅采用短波理疗仪治疗,观察两组客观体征和主观症状改善评分,比较两组疗效。结果两组患者经过治疗后,潮红、红斑、丘疹脓疱和主观症状评分均降低,试验组降低幅度大于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后,试验组有效率为78.43%,对照组50.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄极光联合短波理疗仪能有效治疗玫瑰痤疮,加速皮肤屏障修复,镇痛消炎,治疗舒适,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of aurora yellow combined with short-wave physiotherapy device in the treatment of rosacea.Methods A total of 104 patients with rosacea were selected,2 cases were excluded from those who could not be treated regularly,and 51 cases were used in the final experimental group and 51 cases in the control group,the experimental group was treated with yellow aurora combined with short-wave physiotherapy device,and the control group was treated with only short-wave physiotherapy,and the objective signs and subjective symptom improvement scores of the two groups were observed,and the efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of flushing,erythema,papules and pustules and subjective symptoms were all reduced,and the reduction was greater in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the end of the course of treatment,the effective rate was 78.43%in the experimental group and 50.98%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of yellow aurora and short-wave physiotherapy instrument can effectively treat rosacea,accelerate skin barrier repair,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,and treat comfort,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
