摘要
脂溢性皮炎(seborrheic dermatitis,SD)是临床上常见的慢性、浅表性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,其病因及发病机制尚不明确,临床表现及治疗方案多样,但近年来在SD病因,发病机制,临床表现,治疗方案等方面均有重大突破。本文目的在于总结SD最新相关文献,对病因,发病机制,临床表现及治疗作一综述。
seborrheic dermatitis(SD)is a common clinical chronic,superficial,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease.Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear,and its clinical manifestations and treatment programs are diverse.However,in recent years,there have been major breakthroughs in the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment plan of SD.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the latest relevant literature on SD and review the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment.
