摘要
依托于小汤河中游关门山水利枢纽工程,文章研究了Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级粉煤灰、中热水泥、普通水泥等胶凝材料对面板混凝土绝热温升、抗裂性能、耐久性能及力学性能的影响,并进一步探讨了面板混凝土的施工技术。研究表明:以Ⅰ级粉煤灰+中热水泥配制的面板混凝土绝热温升值最低,28d绝热温升36.5℃,能够达到C25F200W12的设计要求;将PVA纤维掺入混凝土中可以明显提高其抗裂性,即从Ⅱ级提高到Ⅰ级。针对面板混凝土施工,提出要分层浇筑、规范使用溜槽与滑模、适当提高出机口坍落度、浇筑后及时养护、终凝后覆盖土工膜洒水养护等工艺技术。
Based on Guanmenshan key water-control project in the middle reaches of Xiaotang River, the influence of cementitious materials such as Grade I and Ⅱ fly ash, medium thermal cement and ordinary cement on thermal insulation temperature rise, crack resistance, durability and mechanical properties of panel concrete was studied in this paper, and the construction technology of panel concrete was further discussed. The results show that the adiabatic temperature appreciation of the panel concrete prepared with Grade Ⅰ fly ash and medium thermal cement is the lowest, and the adiabatic temperature rise of the panel concrete in 28 D is 36.5℃, which can meet the design requirements of C25 F200 W12. Adding PVA fiber to concrete can obviously improve its crack resistance, that is, from Grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅰ. In view of the construction of panel concrete, it is proposed to stratified pouring, standardizing the use of chute and sliding form, appropriately improving the slump of outlet, timely maintenance after pouring, and covering the geomemmembrane after final setting.
