高速平磨氧化锆磨削力与表面质量的研究

摘要 通过对氧化锆陶瓷开展磨削试验,探究磨削力对表面质量的影响。分析测量数据、观察表面形貌,得到工艺参数对磨削力的影响规律以及磨削力对粗糙度的影响。结果表明:法向、切向磨削力随进给速度和磨削深度的增加而增加,随砂轮转速的增加而减小;当磨削力变大时,粗糙度也随之增大,去除方式由塑性去除向以凹坑、断裂为主要特征的脆性去除发生转变;当磨削深度超过25μm时,材料表面易出现切屑粘连现象,磨削力在15~40 N之间,材料的表面质量较好。 The effect of grinding force on surface quality of zirconia ceramics was investigated by grinding tests.By analyzing the measured data and observing the surface topography,the influence law of process parameters on grinding force and the effect of grinding force on roughness were obtained.The results show that the normal and tangential grinding forces increase with the increase of feed speed and grinding depth,and decrease with the increase of grinding wheel speed;when the grinding force increases,the roughness also increases,and the removal mode changes from plastic removal to brittle removal,which is mainly characterized by pits and fractures;when the grinding depth is more than 25μm,the chip adhesion phenomenon is easy to appear on the surface of the material,and when the grinding force is between 15 N and 40 N,the surface quality of the material is good.
