地沟油制备复混肥防结块剂

Preparation of Anti-caking Agent for Compound Fertilizer with Gutter Oil

精制地沟油经酸水解制备出脂肪酸,脂肪酸与赖氨酸和精氨酸反应制备了2种脂肪酸氨基酸盐.再将脂肪酸氨基酸盐与精制地沟油复配,低成本地制备了2种新型防结块剂.当精制地沟油与脂肪酸氨基酸盐的质量比为2:1、防结块剂用量为复混肥的0.4%~0.5%时,复混肥的结块率最低,分别为10.1%和9.9%.制备的防结块剂能使复混肥具有一定缓释性能,长期贮存时防结块率约为90%.

Fatty acid has been prepared from refined gutter oil by acid hydrolysis. Two kinds of fatty acid amino acid salt have been prepared by the reaction of fatty acid with lysine or arginine. Two new anti-caking agents are prepared with refined gutter oil at low cost. When the mass ratio of refined gutter oil to fatty acid amino acid salt is 2:1and the dosage of anti-caking agent is 0.4%-0.5% of compound fertilizer, the caking rate of compound fertilizer is the lowest, respectively 10.1% and 9.9%. The prepared anti-caking agent can make the compound fertilizer have a certain slow-release property, and the anti-caking rate can reach about 90% after long-term storage.
