儿童骨密度发展趋势及与身高、体质量、BMI值的相关性研究 被引量:1

Correlative Study on the Development Trend of Bone Mineral Density with Height, Weight and BMI in Children

摘要 通过Osteopro超声骨密度仪、身高计、体质量计对669名4~10岁儿童进行骨密度、身高、体质量测定,以了解随着年龄增长儿童骨密度发展的趋势以及与身高、体质量、身体质量指数(BMI)值的相关性.结果显示:男女儿童骨密度随年龄增长呈现逐步增长的趋势,8岁和9岁男女儿童骨密度大小有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女儿童骨密度与身高、体质量、BMI值的相关度呈现出随年龄增加相关度逐步增加的趋势;男童9岁、10岁两个年龄段骨密度与身高、体质量、BMI值的相关度显著提高;女童7~10岁4个年龄段骨密度与身高、体质量、BMI值的相关度显著提高.研究发现:4~10岁儿童骨密度随年龄增长逐步提高,与身高、体质量、BMI值的相关度也随年龄增长逐步增加. By Osteopro ultrasonic bone mineral density meter, height meter and weight meter, 669 children aged 4-10 years have been tested to learn the development trend of bone mineral density and the correlation with height, weight and BMI. The results show that the bone mineral density of boys and girls increases gradually with age, which of 8-year-old and 9-year-old boys and girls has statistical significance(P<0.05);the correlation between bone mineral density and height, weight, BMI value increase gradually with age. In boys, the correlation value of 9-year-old and 10-year-old is significant higher, and which in girls increase significantly at aged 7-10 years. The study finds that the bone mineral density of children aged 4-10 increases with age, and so as same tendency in the correlation of BMD with height, weight and BMI.
