摘要
基于社会对环境类人才的需求,探索人才培养的校企合作模式,以石家庄学院新兴工科专业环境生态工程为例,从开展校地合作的基础条件分析、开展校企合作的实施途径、实现校企合作最终目标等3个方面探讨环境生态工程专业建设中的校企合作事宜.开展校企合作的途经包括:通过校企联合最终实现校企合作协同双向育人,提升学生的工科素养;优化师资团队,建设“双师双能型”的教师队伍;校企深度合作,推进特色专业建设;校企双选,实现毕业生“预就业”.这些途径可以为应用型院校推进校企合作提供参考,为工科专业发展提供思路.
Based on the society’s demand for environmental talents, to explore the school-enterprise cooperation model of talent training, taking environmental ecological engineering of Shijiazhuang University as an example,the school-enterprise cooperation in the construction of environmental and ecological engineering is discussed from three aspects: analysis of the basic conditions for school-site cooperation, the implementation path of school-enterprise cooperation, and the realization of the ultimate goal of school-enterprise cooperation. The following routes for school-enterprise cooperation include: school-enterprise cooperation and two-way education are coordinated to improve students’ engineering literacy;optimize the teaching team and build a "dual-teacher, dual-energy" teaching team;in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises to promote the construction of characteristic majors;dual selection of school and enterprise to achieve "pre-employment" of graduates. These routes can provide reference for application-oriented universities to promote school-enterprise cooperation, and provide ideas for the development of engineering majors.
