摘要
针对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机转矩脉动大和转矩不足等问题,提出磁极偏转永磁辅助同步磁阻电机结构,并对电机结构进行多目标优化。为选取出电机最佳的结构参数,利用有限元法对电机进行仿真分析,结合二维等高线法,选出电机结构参数初始优化范围。利用Taguchi法建立初始参数优化正交表,结合所设计的8极48槽电机结构,对正交表中数据进行建模仿真,进而对电机结构参数进行优化调整。根据所提出的方案设计研制试验样机。结果表明:优化后的磁极偏转电机结构转矩提升8.1%,转矩脉动下降5.6%,验证了所提电机结构的合理性。
In order to solve the problems of large torque ripple and insufficient torque of permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor(PMSM),the structure of PMSM with magnetic pole deflection was proposed and multi-objective optimization was carried out.In order to select the best structural parameters of the motor,the finite element method was used for simulation analysis of the motor,combined with two-dimensional contour method,the initial optimization range of the motor structural parameters was selected.The initial parameters optimization orthogonal table was established by using Taguchi method,combined with the 8-pole 48-slot motor structure designed,the data in the orthogonal table were modeled and simulated,and then the motor structure parameters were optimized and adjusted.According to the proposed scheme,an experimental prototype was designed and developed.The results show that the structural torque of the optimized magnetic pole deflection motor is increased by 8.1%,and the torque pulsation is decreased by 5.6%.The experimental results verify the rationality of the proposed motor structure.
