摘要
企业生态环境治理需要多方协同、共建共治。研究基于利益相关者能力视角,分析了员工能力、股东能力、消费者能力、供应商能力、非政府组织能力对贵州中小企业生态环境协同治理绩效的影响。通过使用SPSS、AMOS软件对407份调查问卷的分析和实证,结果表明:员工能力、股东能力、消费者能力、供应商能力、非政府组织能力均对企业生态环境协同治理绩效有正向的影响;内部利益相关者能力在企业生态环境协同治理过程中的作用强于外部利益相关者能力;而作为企业外部利益相关者的供应商,其能力大小在企业生态环境协同治理中的影响也不可小觑。研究结论不仅为构建基于利益相关者能力视角的企业生态环境治理体系提供理论支持,也为企业充分发挥各利益相关者的能力以及提升生态环境治理绩效提供经验借鉴。
The eco-environment governance of enterprise requires multi-party coordination,joint construction and governance.Based on the perspective of stakeholders’capability,the paper analyzes the impact of employees’capability,shareholders’capability,consumers’capability,suppliers’capability,and capability of NGO on the performance of ecoenvironment collaborative governance of Guizhou SMEs.Using SPSS and AMOS software to process and analyze 407 questionnaires,the results show that employees’ability,shareholders’ability,consumers’ability,suppliers’ability,and the ability of NGO all have a positive impact on the performance of eco-environment collaborative governance of enterprises.The role of the capability of internal stakeholders in the collaborative governance of the enterprise’s eco-environment is stronger than that of external stakeholders;and the capability of the suppliers who are the external stakeholders of the enterprises,also makes a considerable impact on the collaborative governance of the enterprise’s eco-environment.The research conclusions not only provide theoretical support for the construction of an enterprise eco-environment governance system based on the perspective of stakeholders’capability,but also provide experience and reference for enterprises to give full play to the capabilities of various stakeholders and improve the performance of eco-environment governance.
