后疫情时代中企跨境并购的问题研究

Research on Cross-border M&A of Chinese Enterprises in Post-epidemic Era

通过跨境并购,企业可以整合全球资源,优化产业布局。然而,过去两年的新冠肺炎疫情严重影响了国内外经济的发展,导致并购市场不仅面临贸易保护主义、地缘政治风险等诸多国际环境的影响,还面临着疫情带来的出境限制、产业链中断等危机。文章以2021年跨境并购的数据统计为起点,分析后疫情时代我国企业跨境并购的现状,探讨当前跨境并购面临的诸多问题,并提出应对并购市场变化的对策和促进并购市场发展的建议。

Through cross-border M&A,enterprises can integrate global resources and optimize industrial layout.However,the COVID-19 epidemic in the past two years has seriously affected the development of domestic and international economy,leading to the M&A market not only facing the impact of international environment such as trade protectionism and geopolitical risks,but also facing the crisis of exit restrictions and industrial chain disruption caused by the epidemic.Starting from the data statistics of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in 2021,the paper analyzes the status quo of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises in the post-epidemic era,discusses the problems faced by cross-border mergers and acquisitions,and puts forward countermeasures to dealing with changes in the M&A market and suggestions to promote the development of the M&A market.
