子宫肌瘤剔除术后肌瘤复发相关危险因素的影响分析

Analysis of Risk Factors Related to Fibroid Recurrence After Myomectomy

目的研究子宫肌瘤剔除术后肌瘤复发情况并分析肌瘤复发的危险因素。方法选取62例行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗患者为研究对象,其中16例患者术后出现肌瘤复发。对所有参与调查患者的肌瘤复发影响因素进行记录和汇总,包括术后肌瘤复发患者的单因素及Logistic多因素影响。分析无菌手术出现肌瘤复发的危险因素,提出针对性的预防和处理措施。结果62例行子宫肌瘤剔除手术治疗的患者,其中肌瘤二次复发的占比率为16(25.81%);经调查数据结果可知,针对子宫肌瘤剔除手术后,肌瘤复发的多因素集中在患者年龄、肌瘤数量、直径、术后肌瘤残留等,且在各因的数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素主要表现在年龄、肿瘤数量、肿瘤直径、肌瘤位置、手术后肌瘤残留及术后妊娠等。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术后肌瘤复发,临床可从多方面干预且预防患者出现二次复发的可能性,提高治疗疗效,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the probability of leiomyoma recurrence in patients undergoing myomectomy,and to study the risk factors of leiomyoma recurrence.Methods patients who underwent myomectomy were selected as the research objects,and 16 patients had fibroid recurrence after operation.The influencing factors of myoma recurrence were recorded and summarized in all patients who participated in the investigation,including the univariate and Logistic multivariate effects of postoperative myoma recurrence.To analyze the risk factors of fibroid recurrence in aseptic surgery,and put forward the targeted prevention and treatment measures.Results Among 62 patients who underwent myomectomy,the rate of secondary recurrence of myoma was 16(25.81%);According to the survey data,the multiple factors of leiomyoma recurrence after myomectomy are concentrated in the patient's age,number and diameter of leiomyoma,residual leiomyoma after operation,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The univariate factors were mainly age,tumor number,tumor diameter,myoma location,residual myoma after operation and postoperative pregnancy.Conclusion Through the treatment intervention of myomectomy,the patients will have the probability of secondary recurrence.Therefore,intervene in many aspects and prevent the possibility of secondary recurrence,improve the therapeutic effect,which is conducive to the prognosis and recovery of patients.
