自我超越理论下的护理措施在宫颈癌化疗患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Measures Under Self-transcendence Theory in Patients with Cervical Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探究自我超越理论下护理措施在宫颈癌化疗患者中的实施效果。方法选取60例宫颈癌化疗患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予自我超越理论下护理措施。比较两组希望水平、自然超越、对疾病接受程度及面对疾病应对方式情况。结果护理后,两组希望水平、自我超越评分高于护理前,且观察组希望水平、自我超越评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组对疾病接受程度评分为(245.18±27.29)分,高于对照组的(219.16±30.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.460,P=0.001)。护理后,观察组屈服、回避、面对各项应对方式评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌化疗患者接受自我超越理论下的护理干预,能提高患者的希望水平及对疾病的接受度,改变患者应对疾病的负面行为,提高护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing measures in patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy under self-transcendence theory.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing measures under self-transcendence theory.The level of hope,natural transcendence,acceptance of disease and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the hope level and self-transcendence score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the hope level and self-transcendence score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the disease acceptance score of the observation group was(245.18±27.29),which was higher than that of the control group(219.16±30.85),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.460,P=0.001).After nursing,the scores of submission,avoidance and face coping styles in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy under the theory of self-transcendence can improve the hope level of patients and the acceptance of the disease,change the negative behavior of patients to deal with the disease,and improve the nursing effect.
