流产后关爱护理在意外流产患者中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of care and nursing after abortion in patients with accidental abortion

目的探析意外流产患者采用流产后关爱(PAC)护理的应用价值。方法选取569例意外流产患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(284例)与观察组(285例)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用流产后关爱护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者避孕知识、流产后保健知识掌握评分分别为(95.48±2.97)、(96.24±1.85)分,明显高于对照组的(79.86±3.52)、(77.59±2.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分为(96.52±1.65)分,对照组为(81.63±1.76)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱护理应用于意外流产患者中,对提升患者避孕知识、流产后保健知识掌握程度具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application value of post-abortion care(PAC)in patients with accidental abortion.Methods 569 patients with accidental abortion were selected and divided into control group(284 cases)and observation group(285 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received post-abortion care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of contraceptive knowledge and post-abortion health care knowledge in the observation group were(95.48±2.97)and(96.24±1.85),which were significantly higher than those in the control group(79.86±3.52)and(77.59±2.83),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was(96.52±1.65)points,and that of the control group was(81.63±1.76)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying post-abortion care and nursing to women with accidental miscarriage is of great significance for improving patients'knowledge of contraception and postabortion health care.
