微生物检验在尿路感染预防和诊治中的价值

The Value of Microbiological Examination in the Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的探讨微生物检验在尿路感染预防和诊治中的价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的80例尿路感染患者作为研究对象,80例患者均接受尿培养检查和微生物检验,检验后用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组根据尿培养检查结果实施抗生素治疗,观察组根据微生物检查实施针对性治疗,分析检查结果,比较两组治疗疗效、治疗无效感染度等。结果微生物检查准确率93.75%(75/80),尿培养检查准确率85.00%(68/80),数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);将尿培养作为检查金标准,微生物检查敏感性为95.59%(65/68),特异性为83.33%(10/12);比较治疗疗效(95.00%vs.75.00%),观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗无效患者病情轻度率100%高于对照组90%,中度率0%低于对照组10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在预防诊治尿路感染时,可考虑使用微生物检验方式,能提升检查准确性和治疗疗效,及时判断患者有无伴高危风险。

Objective To investigate the value of microbiological examination in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 80 patients with urinary tract infection admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object.80 patients were all examined by urine culture and microbiological examination.After the examination,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics according to the results of urine culture examination,and the observation group was treated with targeted treatment according to microbiological examination.The results of the examination were analyzed and compared between the two groups The infection degree of ineffective treatment.Results The accuracy rate of microbiological examination was 93.75%(75/80),and the accuracy rate of urine culture examination was 85.00%(68/80).There was no significant difference in data(P>0.05).Using urine culture as the gold standard,the sensitivity of microbiological examination was 95.59%(65/68),and the specificity was 83.33%(10/12).Compared with the treatment effect(95.00%vs.75.00%),the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The mild rate of the patients in the observation group who did not respond to treatment was 100%higher than 90%in the control group,and the moderate rate was 0%lower than 10%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection,we can consider the use of microbial testing,which can improve the accuracy of inspection and therapeutic efficacy,and timely judge whether patients have high-risk risks.
