优质护理在基层医院老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing in Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture in Basic Level Hospitals

目的分析基层医院在围手术期老年股骨颈骨折护理中应用优质护理的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年9月股骨颈骨折患者65例,均为老年患者,护理模式分组,A组(优质护理)32例,B组(常规围手术期护理)33例,比较负性情绪、睡眠质量、舒适度、依从性与术后并发症情况。结果负性情绪比较,A组焦虑程度[(27.35±4.91)分]低于B组[(25.49±4.35)分](t=8.130,P=0.013),A组抑郁程度[(44.89±6.13)分]低于B组[(42.03±5.20)分](t=8.426,P=0.010);睡眠质量比较,A组[(3.92±0.35)分]优于B组[(6.60±1.28)分](t=7.917,P=0.016);舒适度比较,A组[93.75%(30/32)]高于B组[75.76%(25/33)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.031,P=0.013);依从性比较,A组[90.63%(29/32)]高于B组[78.79%(26/33)](χ^(2)=7.688,P=0.016);并发症发生率比较,A组[3.13%(1/32)]低于B组[21.21%(7/33)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.129,P=0.011)。结论优质护理可缓解股骨颈骨折患者围手术期负性情绪,改善围手术期睡眠、舒适度和患者依从性,减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing in perioperative care of elderly femoral neck fractures in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 65 patients with femoral neck fracture from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected,all of them were elderly patients.The nursing mode was divided into three groups:group A(high-quality nursing)32 patients,group B(routine perioperative nursing)33 patients.The negative emotions,sleep quality,comfort,compliance and postoperative complications were compared.Results Compared with negative emotions,the anxiety level of group A[(27.35±4.91)points]was lower than that of group B[(25.49±4.35)points](t=8.130,P=0.013),and the depression level of group A[(44.89±6.13)points]was lower than that of group B[(42.03±5.20)points](t=8.426,P=0.010).Compared with the sleep quality,group A[(3.92±0.35)points]was better than group B[(6.60±1.28)points](t=7.917,P=0.016).Compared with the comfort level,group A[93.75%(30/32)]was higher than group B[75.76%(25/33)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.031,P=0.013).Compliance comparison:group A[90.63%(29/32)]was higher than group B[78.79%(26/33)](χ^(2)=7.688,P=0.016).The complication rate of group A[3.13%(1/32)]was lower than that of group B[21.21%(7/33)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.129,P=0.011).Conclusion High quality nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period,improve their sleep,comfort and compliance,and reduce complications.
