护理沟通技巧应用于儿科输液护理中对患儿家属护理满意度的改善作用

Application of Nursing Communication Skills in Pediatric Infusion Nursing to Improve Nursing Satisfaction of Children's Family Members

目的研究将护理沟通技巧应用于儿科输液患儿中的作用与效果。方法从我院2020年8月至2021年8月接收并对其进行护理的儿科输液患儿中,选取112例作为此次研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,行常规护理的56例作为对照组,另行护理沟通技巧干预的56例作为观察组,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的患儿家属焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分依次是(41.46±4.08)分、(40.77±3.19)分,显著低于对照组患儿家属SAS评分、SDS评分(47.92±5.13)分、(46.85±3.24)分,P<0.05。护理后,观察组的患儿家属总体满意度94.64%,显著高于对照组患儿家属总体满意度75.00%,P<0.05。护理后,观察组的治疗的总依从性96.43%,显著高于对照组治疗的总依从性71.43%,P<0.05。护理后,观察组的一次性穿刺的总成功率92.86%,显著高于对照组一次性穿刺的总成功率69.64%,P<0.05。结论在儿科输液护理工作中应用护理沟通技巧能够改善患儿治疗的总依从性,提升患儿家属总体满意度,降低患儿家属SAS评分、SDS评分,提升一次性穿刺的总成功率,能够给临床中儿科输液方面的护理给予更多的参照。

Objective To study the effect and effect of nursing communication skills in pediatric infusion children.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,a total of 112 pediatric infusion children received and nursing in our hospital were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,56 cases of routine nursing were used as the control group,and 56 cases of nursing communication skills were used as the observation group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating Scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)in the observation group were(41.46±4.08)points and(40.77±3.19)points respectively.The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those of the control group(47.92±5.13)and(46.85±3.24),P<0.05.After nursing,the overall satisfaction rate of the families of the children in the observation group was 94.64%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),P<0.05.After nursing,the total compliance of the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%),P<0.05.After nursing,the total success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.64%),P<0.05.Conclusion Communication skills used in pediatric transfusion nursing care can improve the treatment of children with total adherence,and raise families of children with overall satisfaction,reduce the families of children with SAS scores and SDS score,increase total disposable puncture success rate,clinical infusion of pediatrics nursing can give more reference.
