康复护理对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

Impact of Rehabilitation Nursing on Social Function of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨精神分裂症患者实施康复护理后其社会功能的变化。方法将2016年3月至2019年3月本院收治的精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象进行分组研究,其中30例纳入对常规组予以常规护理,剩余30例纳入康复组在常规护理的基础上实施康复护理,比较两组患者社会功能方面的差异。结果常规组和康复组患者护理前的阳性量表评分、阴性量表评分、一般精神病理量表评分、复合量表评分和总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的阳性量表评分、阴性量表评分、一般精神病理量表评分、复合量表评分和PANSS总分均得到有效的改善,较护理前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且康复组的护理后的各项评分明显低于康复组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组和康复组患者护理前自我照顾、社会角色功能、人际家庭和社会关系、干扰和攻击倾向评分以及PSP总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者在自我照顾、社会角色功能、人际家庭和社会关系、干扰和攻击倾向评分以及PSP总分方面均得到显著改善,较护理前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但康复组各项评分明显高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对精神分裂症患者的康复护理有利于改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的社会功能,使患者可以更好的融入社会和家庭中。

Objective To discuss the effects of rehabilitation nursing on social function of schizophrenia patients.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,60 schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital were investigated,and were assigned to routine group(routine nursing,30 cases)and rehabilitation group(routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing,30 cases).Social function was probed.Results Before nursing,positive syndrome scale,negative syndrome scale,general psychopathological scale,compound scale scores and total positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after nursing,positive syndrome scale,negative syndrome scale,general psychopathological scale,compound scale scores and total PANSS scores for two groups were remarkably improved(P<0.05);related scores in rehabilitation group were significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).Before nursing,self-care ability,role physical,interpersonal and social relations,interference and attacking inclination and overall personal and social performance(PSP)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after nursing,self-care ability,role physical,interpersonal and social relations,interference and attacking inclination and overall PSP scores for two groups were remarkably improved(P<0.05);related scores in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can relieve patient's clinical symptoms and improve the social function,which is helpful for them to integrate into society and family.
