递进式目标护理用于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者中的效果

Effect of Progressive Target Nursing in Patients Undergoing Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor

目的探讨递进式目标护理的实施对于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者术后恢复效果的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月于我院接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(递进式目标护理模式)和对照组(常规护理模式)各30例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意率(96.67%)以及护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(74.28±4.74)分]高于对照组[73.33%、(68.51±5.30)分](P<0.05),观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(6.67%)以及护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(38.76±4.31)分]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(39.93±5.93)分]、疼痛(VAS)评分[(1.95±0.32)分]、肾上腺素(E)水平[(71.04±8.93)pg/mL]、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平[(58.70±7.02)pg/mL]低于对照组[26.67%、(46.02±5.02)分、(45.19±4.75)分、(2.93±0.57)分、(91.86±12.15)pg/mL、(69.91±8.69)pg/mL](P<0.05),观察组患者的膀胱冲洗时间[(2.09±0.47)d]、导管留置时间[(3.17±0.52)d]以及住院时间[(6.73±1.06)d]均短于对照组[(3.91±0.62)d、(4.49±0.86)d、(8.59±1.25)d](P<0.05)。结论患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗期间接受递进式目标护理,对于加快术后康复以及改善预后有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of the implementation of progressive target nursing on the postoperative recovery of patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods Sixty patients who received transurethral resection of bladder tumor in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(progressive target nursing mode)and the control group(conventional nursing mode),30 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(96.67%)and after nursing of the 36-item short form of health survey(SF-36)[(74.28±4.74)points]were higher than those in the control group[73.33%,(68.51±5.30)points](P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(6.67%),the score of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)after nursing[(38.76±4.31)points],the score of the self rating depression scale(SDS)[(39.93±5.93)points],the score of pain(VAS)[(1.95±0.32)points]The levels of epinephrine(E)[(71.04±8.93)pg/mL]and norepinephrine(NE)[(58.70±7.02)pg/mL]were lower than those in the control group[26.67%,(46.02±5.02)分,(45.19±4.75)分,(2.93±0.57)分,(91.86±12.15)pg/mL,(69.91±8.69)pg/mL](P<0.05).The bladder irrigation time[(2.09±0.47)days],catheter indwelling time[(3.17±0.52)days]and length of hospital stay[(6.73±1.06)days]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(3.91±0.62)days,(4.49±0.86)days,(8.59±1.25)days](P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of transurethral resection of bladder tumor,patients received progressive target nursing,which has a positive impact on speeding up postoperative rehabilitation and improving the prognosis.
