子宫内膜癌组织中甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子的表达与临床生物学行为和预后的关系

The Relationship Between the Expression of Thyroid Hormone Receptorβ1 and Hepatocarcinoma-derived Growth Factor in Endometrial Cancer and Clinical Biological Behavior and Prognosis

目的探究子宫内膜癌组织中甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子的表达与临床生物学行为和预后的关系。方法选取子宫内膜癌患者58例,采用免疫组化分析甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子的表达,分析其与临床生物学行为和预后的关系。结果甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度无关(P均>0.05),与临床分期以及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。生存组的甲状腺激素受体β1表达阳性率明显高于死亡组(P<0.05),生存组的肝癌衍生生长因子表达阳性率明显低于死亡组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子均为影响子宫内膜癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中甲状腺激素受体β1和肝癌衍生生长因子的表达失调,能够反映肿瘤的临床生物学行为,可作为子宫内膜癌预后评价的辅助指标。

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of thyroid hormone receptorβ1 and hepatocarcinoma-derived growth factor in endometrial cancer tissues and clinical biological behavior and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical analysis of thyroid hormone receptor was performed in 58 patients with endometrial carcinomaβ1 and hepatoma derived growth factor,and analyze its relationship with clinical biological behavior and prognosis.Results Thyroid hormone receptorβ1 and hepatoma derived growth factor were not related to tumor invasive depth and differentiation(P>0.05),but related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Thyroid hormone receptor in survival groupβ1 The positive rate of expression of hepatoma derived growth factor in survival group was significantly lower than that in death group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that thyroid hormone receptorβ1 and hepatoma derived growth factor were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The unregulated expression of thyroid hormone receptorβ1 and liver cancer-derived growth factor in endometrial cancer tissue can reflect the clinical biological behavior of the tumor and can be used as an auxiliary indicator for the prognosis evaluation of endometrial cancer.
